WORKSHOP AND COURSE LEVELS
Ensuring you all get the most out of your investment
LEVEL 1
Level one courses and workshops are designed for those who have never touched a sewing machine before.

Owning a machine isn't essential for any of our lessons, but level one classes are specifically aimed at those wanting to 'try before you buy' or those who received a machine as a gift and would like to know how to get the most out of it.

There are no prerequisites for level one classes. You are welcome to attend a level one course if you have prior sewing knowledge, and, in most cases, there will be the opportunity to differentiate the lesson to push those with more experience further.

Please get in touch if you would like help deciding which course or workshop is for you.
LEVEL 2
Level two courses and workshops are aimed at those who are confident in using a sewing machines, who can happily thread a machine, change a needle, and cut out fabric (reasonably) neatly.

If you have completed the beginners six week course, the become a kids clothes pro course, or the memory quilt course, I would suggest looking for a level two course to push yourself.

You do not need to have completed one of our courses to join a level two course, as long as you meet the requirements listed above.
LEVEL 3
Level three courses and workshops are to truly enhance your sewing skills beyond the ordinary. Both in fitting, and fabric choices, attention to detail is the name of the game. Perfection is the aim of all of these classes, specifically learning the techniques to allow you to achieve couture garments, for which you are proud to say "I made this" about.
If you book onto a level three course, it is expected that you are confident in using a sewing machine, following a pattern, and working with different fabrics; you do not need to be equally confident in all fabric bases.

You do not need to have completed one of our courses to join a level three course, as long as you meet the requirements listed above.
